The Intellect IT philosophy is about a customer-first approach which, in the technology space, even today is often overlooked by the industry.

In its own way, the COVID situation has reminded us all here at Intellect IT as to why our three Directors established the Melbourne-based business back in 2003.

Max, Roy and Steve felt that too many businesses were being under-serviced or being directed into technology solutions that were short sighted and sometimes served vendors' interests and not their own.

They simply felt they could do better. Intellect IT was born.

The Intellect IT Philosophy The business philosophy of customer-first was hardly a unique one, but often forgotten by technology companies. According to Director Steve Allan, ‘there was a certain amount of idealism driving us back then. We believed that by being genuinely impartial we had a sustainable business model, which would stand up, even in the toughest of times. We never wanted to take the road of specialising in a specific market vertical. COVID is asking plenty of questions of service providers as customers have had to search for alternative and innovative technology solutions to accommodate completely upended business models. By staying true as a generalist provider, our customers are grateful more than ever for the way we approach our business.’ Bespoke Technology Solutions At Intellect IT, along a customer-first philosophy,  we bring our customers the best technology.  This is in contrast to partnering with a vendor and pushing exclusivity. Naturally, we have to continuously back that up by delivering on our recommendations. Director Roy Solterbeck is confident we do that as well as anyone in the market. ‘It is because of the years of accumulated knowledge and experience across a breadth of different industries that we can provide bespoke technology solutions.’ Perhaps the final word about the Intellect IT story belongs to our Director, Max Soukhomlinov. ‘It is all about trust. Our customers know that we have their best interests at heart. We go on a journey with them; we get to know their staff well as do they ours. It is like a partnership.’
