According to Director Steve Allan, ‘there was a certain amount of idealism driving us back then. We believed that by being genuinely impartial we had a sustainable business model, which would stand up, even in the toughest of times. We never wanted to take the road of specialising in a specific market vertical. COVID is asking plenty of questions of service providers as customers have had to search for alternative and innovative technology solutions to accommodate completely upended business models.
