GFI Network Server Monitor 7 out now in beta

GFI has this month released the beta version of GFI Network Server Monitor 7. The new version will officially be released towards the end of October.

Version 7 will bring along many new features, including the following:
  • Nested Folders Support.
  • Technologically enhanced checks which mimic exact administrative operations to ensure system services such as IMAP, SMTP and POP3 are running by actually making use of these services.
  • New check which checks the performance of your mail services from the moment the email is sent out to the moment it arrives to destination.
  • SQL Server database backend support.
  • Enhanced SMS notification sending features.
  • Enhanced configuration and status monitoring which caters directly for consultants and larger enterprises.
