GFI is preparing to launch an update to its email archiving solution GFI MailArchiver for Exchange 3. Many new features will be included in the new version so keep a look out for this new release!

Version 3 will include the following new features:

• Active Directory Group Based Security.
• Multiple database support.
• Restore single emails to mailbox, or ability to save the intact email to disk.
• Printer friendly support for printing emails.
• Polling of emails from an mail server which supports IMAP and Active Directory.
• Ability to poll emails from multiple locations.
• Ability to exclude emails for an Active Directory user.
• Performance improvements.
• Expandable Architecture.
• Ability to import from Outlook PST files
