Maintenance and Support
We provide a full range of hardware / software support based services, both on site and off site which consist of the following:

Monitoring of performance and systems availability

Performance and availability monitoring solutions will assist you with your network management by allowing you to be informed of the health of your systems.

A wide range of solutions are available, suitable for environments of few components through to multi-site environments.


Reactive and proactive remote support

Proactive support
Our engineers will securely connect to your environment and will carry out regularly scheduled checks of anything from nightly backup reports, ensuring antivirus pattern updates all the way through to installation of urgent security patches.
Reactive support
Our engineers take control of the remote system and perform troubleshooting tasks remotely, which provides a faster response time.


Incident based & scheduled proactive maintenance

  • Phone support, response within agreed time frame (15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour, 4 hours)
  • On-site response times: 2 hours, 4 hours, next day
  • Remote control of desktops and servers, response times as per phone support times

If retained for a contract an initial site investigation and report will be provided to you and all of our team members.
